Order processing
Orders enter fulfillment after payment is confirmed. Processing time can vary based on order volume, product availability, weekends, and holidays. Any delivery estimate is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.
Shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered fulfillment or been accepted by a carrier, an address change may no longer be possible.
Shipping charges
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the destination using a standard 1 lb package shipped from ZIP code 31601. The shipping charge shown in checkout is the amount added to the order total. Actual label cost may vary when the label is purchased through Pirate Ship.
Carrier delays and delivery issues
Carrier weather, routing, holiday volume, or other conditions can affect delivery after a package leaves our control. If tracking indicates a problem or a package arrives damaged, contact us promptly with the order number so the situation can be reviewed.
