When you create a customer account, we collect your email address and authentication information needed to register, verify, secure, and provide access to that account. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are not visible to Southern Elite Peptides.

When you place an order, we collect information needed to process and support it, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, ordered items, order total, selected payment method, order number, and order status.

We may also receive basic technical information needed to operate and protect the website. The storefront uses browser session storage to remember a successful 21+ age check during that browser session. Customer sign-in is not saved after the browsing session ends.

Payments

Payments are completed through third-party services such as Cash App or Venmo. Southern Elite Peptides does not ask for or store your payment-app password, bank-account login, or debit-card credentials on this website. Those services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.

Authentication and service providers

Customer registration, email verification, sign-in, and password-reset services are provided through Supabase. Supabase processes account information on our behalf to provide and secure those features. Transactional email may be delivered through our email service provider. Those providers process information under their own applicable privacy and security terms.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell customer contact information. Information may be shared with service providers when reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide account access, fulfill an order, process a payment, ship a package, comply with law, or protect the business and its customers. Records are retained only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and applicable business obligations.
