Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be made before fulfillment begins. We will review the order status when a cancellation is requested. Once an order has been fulfilled or transferred to a carrier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Returns
Because research materials can be sensitive to handling, storage, and chain of custody, opened, used, altered, or improperly stored research materials cannot be accepted for return. Do not send a product back without contacting us first and receiving return instructions.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly with the order number and details of the issue. We will review the order and determine the appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.
Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, the timing and method will depend on the original transaction and the payment service involved. Third-party payment services may have their own processing times or restrictions.
